A Right Lubrication System plays a very important role in any metal forming application. JSM coil stock lubrication system are
designed to lubricate coil / strip & Die irresctive of type and
thickness of material. They can accommodate any material movement (speed), crown, camber or even
un straightened stock.
JSM Coil Stock Lubrication System are designed in modular way and have similar features between smallest unit to largest units. Due to modular design sizes
up till 1800mm can be build irrespective of material, speed, thickness. They are available in 3 basic models. |

1) JSM Gravity Coil
Stock Lubrication System Any kind of liquid
lubricant is evenly distributed to the absorbent Rollers. Oil flow to each Roller is individually controlled by metering valves, which are installed on a transparent reservoir tank that to indicate oil level.
Adjustable tension
springs help to apply the adequate oil film by supplying enough pressure to squeeze off any excess which is then recycled to the unit. |

2) JSM Automatic Coil Stock Roller Lubrication System At the heart of the system is a positive displacement lubricant pump which precisely
dispenses the lubricant to the Rollers. The output of this pump is fully adjustable, so it can be tailored to any
operation. The advantage of the system is that it supplies the exact amount of lubricant required for any particular operation. |

This eliminates the mess and waste associated with in - die spray system and less overhead, not to mention the savings due to reduced tool wear, improved part quality, and increased production
rates. |

3) (a) JSM Automatic Programmable Coil Stock Lubrication System
&
(b) JSM Automatic Programmable Spray Application System for In - Die Lubrication This is a system, which combines roller lubricator at the entry of coil stock and with downstream spray nozzle. The extra spray nozzles apply just the right amount of lubricant precisely where its needed at critical areas in the Die on the strip. The System is controlled by PLC. |
